Connect Amilia SmartRec
In Pidj, go to Settings → Integrations.
Under SmartRec, enter your SmartRec:
Username
Password
Organization ID
Choose whether to enable Allow Use of Primary Phone as a fallback.
Save your settings.
Once connected, SmartRec can be used as a contact source in Campaigns and Automations.
Send a Campaign using SmartRec contacts
You can select recipients directly from SmartRec without importing a separate contact list.
Go to Campaigns and create a new campaign.
Select Amilia SmartRec as your contact source.
Choose the type of contacts you want to reach:
Programs & Activities or
Memberships
Select the applicable program, activity, or membership.
Continue building and sending your campaign as usual.
Pidj will use the contacts associated with your SmartRec selection as the campaign audience.
Create a SmartRec Automation
Automations let you send messages automatically when specific SmartRec events occur.
Go to Automations and create a new automation.
Select Amilia SmartRec as the source.
Choose the applicable program, activity, membership, or other SmartRec item.
Select the event that should trigger the message.
Depending on the SmartRec data being used, triggers can include events such as:
Before or after an activity
Registration or cancellation
Facility bookings
Membership purchase or expiration
Configure when the message should be sent.
Create your message and save the automation.
Once active, Pidj will send the message automatically when the selected SmartRec conditions are met.
Common uses
The SmartRec integration can help automate communications such as activity reminders, schedule updates, registration follow-ups, membership reminders, and other time-sensitive messages tied to information already managed in SmartRec.
